Negotiation Flow
Customer submits a counter-offer
The customer proposes a different price from their portal.
Admin reviews the offer
Admin sees the offer with a Respond button.
Admin responds
Admin can Accept the offer, Decline the offer, or Counter with a new price and note.
Thread is preserved
The full negotiation thread is preserved showing all offers from both sides.
