Every quote has a unique, token-based URL in the format:

What Customers Can Do
- View the full quote products, pricing, totals, terms
- Accept the quote (triggers a notification to you)
- Reject the quote (triggers a notification to you)
- Submit a counter-offer propose a different price
- Chat with you via the Deal Room messaging thread
- Upload files attach drawings, specifications, or other documents
- Subscribe to push notifications get browser notifications on quote updates
iOS PWA Support
The customer portal supports "Add to Home Screen" on iOS. When added, it launches as a standalone app and supports iOS Web Push notifications.
