Navigate to Quotes Form Builder to design the quote request form your customers fill out.
Form Structure
The form supports multiple steps (pages). Each step can be:
- Enabled or disabled individually
- Given a custom title
- Reordered by drag and drop
Built-in Sections
These sections are always available and can be configured but not removed:
Contact Information Collected from every customer:
- First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number
- Each field: Required toggle, Label text, Width (50% or 100%)
Shipping Information Optional section:
- Country/Region, Address, Apartment/suite, City, State, ZIP code
- Each field: Required toggle, Label text, Width
- Entire section can be enabled or disabled
Product Columns Controls which columns appear in the product table:
- Vendor, Price, Quote Price, Total, Subtotal (each individually toggleable)
Custom Field Types
Add any of these field types to your form pages:

| Checkbox | Multiple selections from a list |
| Radio | Single selection from a list |
Form Appearance
Switch to the Appearance tab in the Form Builder sidebar to customize colors, fonts, and layout of your quote form.

Toggle between Desktop and Mobile preview to see how your form looks on different devices.
