KPI Summary
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Quotes | All quote requests in the period |
| Sent to Customers | Quotes where you sent a quotation |
| Accepted | Quotes accepted by customers |
| Converted to Order | Quotes turned into Shopify orders |
| Rejected | Quotes rejected by customers |
| Expired | Quotes that passed their expiry date |
| Conversion Rate | Sent → Accepted percentage |
| Order Rate | Accepted → Ordered percentage |

- Quote Funnel: bar chart showing drop-off at each stage
- By Source: breakdown of which page/channel generated quotes
