Why isn't the quote button showing on my product page?
Check that (1) the App Embed is enabled in your theme, (2) the product matches your Quote Products settings, and (3) the quote button mode is not set to "Hide" in Quote Button settings.
Why are prices still showing after I enabled Hide Price?
Make sure you've saved your settings. For condition-based or selected-product modes, verify the product matches your rules. Some themes use non-standard price selectors contact support to add your theme's selectors.
Can customers submit quotes without creating an account?
Yes. By default, any visitor can submit a quote. You can optionally enable "Require login before adding to quote" in Quote Button settings to require a Shopify customer account.
How does Convert to Order work?
Clicking "Convert to Order" creates a Shopify Draft Order with the quote's products, pricing, discounts, and customer details. You can then send the invoice and mark it as paid in Shopify.
What happens when a quote expires?
The customer portal shows an "Expired" message and the Accept button is disabled. The quote status is automatically updated to Expired.
Can I customize the quote email templates?
Yes. Go to Settings → Admin Email or Settings → Customer Email. You can customize colors, logo, content sections, and footer text. Use "Test Email" to preview before going live.
