Quotes List
Navigate to Quotes to see all quote requests.
- Filter by status: All, Checked, Unchecked, Paid
- Search across all quotes
- Sort by any column
- Bulk delete selected quotes
- Export all quotes to CSV
Quote Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Customer submitted, not yet reviewed |
| Opened | Admin has viewed the quote |
| Sent | Admin sent the quotation to the customer |
| Accepted | Customer accepted the quote |
| Rejected | Customer rejected the quote |
| Ordered | Quote has been converted to a Shopify order |
Merging Quotes
You can merge multiple quotes into one consolidated quote. Select quotes from the list and use the merge action.
Quote Expiry
Set an expiry date on any quote. Once expired, the customer portal will show the quote as expired and block acceptance.
