Creating a Quote

Go to Quotes → New Quote to manually create a quote on behalf of a customer.

Products

• Search and add products using the Shopify product picker
• Edit per-item price (quoted price separate from original price)
• Edit per-item quantity
• Organize products into named sections

Customer

• Search and assign a customer from your store's customer list
• Supports stores with more than 250 customers (paginated loading + direct email lookup)

Quote Details

• Contact information (name, email, phone)
• Shipping address
• Custom form fields (configured in Form Builder)
• Payment terms: Due on Receipt, NET 7, NET 15, NET 30, NET 60, NET 90
• Expiry date
• Tags
• VAT exempt toggle
• Charge taxes toggle

Pricing Adjustments

• Discount: percentage or fixed amount, with optional reason
• Shipping: flat amount with label
• Tax: percentage or fixed amount with label
• Deposit: percentage or fixed amount
