Editing a Quote
Edit any quote, then save, send, convert to order, download PDFs, duplicate, or delete it.

Open any quote from the Quotes list to edit it. All fields are editable. An unsaved-changes bar appears at the top click Save to commit changes or Discard to revert.
Available Actions on a Quote
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Save all changes |
| Send Quotation | Emails the PDF quote to the customer |
| Send Invoice | Sends a Shopify draft order invoice to an email address |
| Convert to Order | Creates a Shopify draft order from the quote |
| Download Quote PDF | Downloads the quote as a PDF file |
| Download Invoice PDF | Downloads the draft order invoice as a PDF |
| Duplicate Quote | Creates a copy of the quote |
| Copy Customer Link | Copies the customer portal URL to clipboard |
| Delete Quote | Permanently deletes the quote |
The customer portal link can be shared directly see Customer Portal for what buyers can do with it.
